Fibre connection, fluctuating speeds

Hi,
I have a ticket raised concerning poor fibre speeds. (question&id=82906461)
Last night my service dropped completely on several occasions whilst watching Netflix (which is connected via ethernet not wifi).
Wifi signal also good, iphone operates consistently throughout the house.
My speeds vary from 16mb to 1.92mb, tests within a few minutes of each other.
The service for the first few months seemed very good (average 16mb) but the last few weeks I have experienced poor or limited service.
I have tried restarting etc but the speeds continue to vary throughout the evening high/low/high/none....
Estimated line speed:
22Mb (Download speed could vary depending on line conditions. Estimates are the maximum speeds that your phone line can support. These speeds are dependent on the package you choose.) - Checked on 2014-02-10 22:10:58
Current line speed:
18 Mb
How long should i expect to wait before I have contact from PN via the help assistant?

It doesn't appear that your router disconnected last night, we're you able to access any webpages at all during this time? Did you restart the router and modem?
It would also be worth running a speed test via http://speedtest.btwholesale.com

Thanks for your reply.
Internet was down at least 4 times, Netflix failed and we were unable to connect to any webpages during this down period (downtime approx 5mins each between 20:30 and 21:30)
Lights appeared to be ok on the router/modem and we could connect to the wifi signal but without internet connection.
My speed tests were varying from 16mb to 1.92mb within minutes of each other.
As I have a live ticket out I didn't want to restart the modem/router.
I will perform a speedtest later this evening.

Let us know how you get on with it, if you run the speed test and your speeds are low then you'll have an option to run 'further diagnostics' which would give some more detailed information.

Speed test completed, appears to be normal.
Results pasted into open ticket.
Hopefully problem solved but will monitor this week.
