I can see that the Faults Team are on with this and are in agreement that the previous engineer visit was very poor. We'll be in touch shortly to arrange a further visit.

here is the latest tap3 test.......for some reason it shows that the upload speed is 0.1.... i know this is wrong but i assure you the only firewalls i have is in bitdefender and i have turned them off for this test.....

here is the latest tap3 test bitdefender was disabled so i`m not sure was the 0.1 upload

I've never seen the upstream TAP3 test show anything other than 0.1, so I suspect it only tests the downstream.
