Fibre appointment confirmation?

Hi all,
Could one of the PN staff possibly confirm that I do have an AM appointment on the 15/11 for the fibre install?
I was due to receive a ticket response to say when the appointment would be, called PN and after a few mins on hold the guy confirmed the appointment was AM on the 15th. I've not received confirmation from the original ticket about the appointment date and it seems the order had to be resubmitted so I'm hoping all is going ahead as planned.
I need to ask this as I will have to take the day off work (unpaid) to be able to attend the appointment.

Hi there,
Sorry this hasn't been confirmed on a ticket previously I've passed on some feedback about that . I can indeed confirm the appointment for the AM slot on the 15th.
