Fibre Unlimited, 76mb Profile, download and upload a fraction

I recently switched to Unlimited on my fibre connection, and discovered while trying to play a trailer on IMDB on my ipad that it was buffering every few seconds. This was while sitting only 4ft frm the router. A speedtest on the ipad gave around 4mb down and 4mb up.
I plugged the laptop into the router and did some speed tests and got around 35mb, down, and only 3mb up.  Sounds not bad, but when I was previously getting around 63 down and 18 up, it's a bit of a drop.
Is this contentiion? (is that even possible on fibre now)
Or something to do with the unlimited package?
Or something to do with pcl-ag05 gateway?
I also noticed ping was a bit higher at around 80ms.
I'll do a few speed tests over the night, and one after midnight if i'm still up at that time.

If it seems ok again in the morning i guess you could of got caught on one of the problem gateways and peak time larenct spikes as mentioned in the follwing thread

sometimes swapping gateways helps, log into router anf disconnect from internet and connect again after a minute
