Fibre Speed of 40 Mbps is this correct?

When I first signed up about a year ago I was offered 76 Mbps, I remember I wsa getting close to this.  Now I'm getting about 40 Mbps
I tried to call but was on hold for 25 mins so gave up.  Plusnet, please help me check my line at your end - ticket #82671828
