New customer here, had the FTTC activated last week. At first was getting 37 Mbps but has since dropped to around 7 Mbps. All the testers show this, and PN report
Estimated line speed: 4.0Mb (This may vary between 2.5Mb and 7Mb) - Checked on 2012-03-26 14:49:58
Current line speed: 37 Mb
Although I'm not sure if this is geared up for FTTC yet (but it is accurate none the less!)
I'm not sure where to look next, have read some stuff on here but most seems geared towards non fibre customers. I'm all wired etc, nothing's changed since it was nice and quick last week so wondering if it's something at the exchange rather than my end?
Any help appreciated!
