Fibre Speed Issue: Ticket Ref: 73501565

Hi All,
I've just had Fibre BB installed yesterday but I had to get the account manually set-up by calling Plusnet customer service.
After a while it was all working and I ran a BT wholesale speed test. It was showing that my IP profile is 77Mbps but my actual down speed is 38mb.  I checked my Plusnet account and it's showing that my current line speed is 40mb, but I've signed up for 76MB unlimited fibre.
Is it that I've been setup for 40/10 FTTC and should be on80/20 connection speed? Please could someone correct this for me

Your profile was not correctly set on our systems, I've rectified this so you should now receive your full line speed.
