I have been with PlusNet Fibre Unlimited for about a month and have had nothing but help from the support staff. My line speed was estimated to be 57Mbs initially and, after a completely clean and tidy install by an a polite OpenReach engineer, the line achieved 45Mbs however the speed soon dropped to 32Mbs and has remained at that level. I raised a question with Plusnet who advised an engineer visit because it was thought that something was amiss with the cabling on the premises. When an engineer attended the following day, again polite and helpful, he indicated that the unit fitted to terminate the data extension cable was incorrect. He changed this, added a telephone terminal, and tested, achieving 40 Mbs on his meter. I look forward to seeing this speed at least maintained.
