Fibre Package Upgrade

Hi, I upgraded my fibre package from 38Mb to 76Mb yesterday - I was wondering when will I see the speed increase and do I need to restart my router in order for the change to come into effect?

Restart your router but NOT the Openreach modem

Hmmm, still getting about 40 down and 17 up - maybe I have been a little impatient!

Maybe it hasn't gone through yet / properly We'll need one of the DCT guys to pick this up and check what profile you're on unfortunately.

Hi, can someone check when my upgrade to 76Mb will go through please? My service stated in my account details is still showing as Plusnet Extra Fibre 250.
I have also just transferred my phone package to you and have had an email to say that'll be complete on the 28th August, so not sure if both will happen at the same time.

Product changes are normally scheduled to happen on your billing date.
