Fibre Order

Hi on the 02/07/12 i requested an account change to fibre extra with an install date of the 17th July. i haven't received any confirmation of this install date and i'm just looking to confirm it before i book the day off work. Also does the router get sent to me or does the Openreach engineer bring it with him.

Im sure someone from PN shall pick this up soon to confirm. There was an issue regarding upgrades/fibre orders etc (not too sure about this).
As for the router: You get it in the post. The Openreach engineer brings the Openreach white fibre modem with him.

Hi celica2012,
I've just checked on our supplier's systems and it's definitely booked for the 17th between 1-6pm. Were are aware of an issue where some customers aren't receiving confirmation  and this is under investigation. Apologies.
