Fibre Live Date Confusion

Hi Everyone  Smiley
I"m due to switch from $ky on Thursday for my fibre and phone line.

My scheduled engineer date is the 28th but a text i received says my service will be live by midnight on 1st march and my online account says 12pm March 1st  Huh
Does this mean that once the engineer leaves i may be without any connection for a day or so?Huh

Your connection will be operational by the time the engineer leaves your house! Smiley

That's the plan I understand. Didn't work for me though. Took another 3 hours and a call to tech support, with a 20 minute wait, to get things activated. Could have been better!

Same here Mallory, coming from Sky for phone/fibre unlimited and have exactly the same dates as you.

Your install is set for the 28th and your fibre will be active on that date too.
