Fibre Installation

Hi,
I've joined Plus Net  last Thursday. My fiber installation is on 7th of November. I was just wondering if there is any sooner dates available?

Welcome to Plusnet and our Community.
I doubt it can be made any earlier. There's always at least a 10 day lead time with fibre so 7th Nov will have been the earliest available. You can rearrange it if the date doesn't suit, but you'll more than likely get a date further in the future.

Quick question. If you are over your download limit, do you get your speed back at midnight?
