Fibre Install

Hi, I've just had fibre installed today and the upload is much faster but the download is still as it was. Am I supposed to do something now or wait overnight?

Give me a couple of minutes to take a look.

I've given things a nudge here, can you give it 5 minutes and try another speedtest. If you still see a low speed, log in to the router and do a single disconnect/reconnect.

Hi Chris, thanks thats done it. Getting 38Mbps down from an estimate of 27!!
