Fibre Install

Hi,
I am due to have fibre broadband installed tomorrow (12th March) during the AM however I have not received a fibre router as of yet. Could someone have a look for me and advise me that everything is still going as planned?

hmm really should have received it if your install is tomorrow although it has been known to turn up on the day of install.
have you checked that the router has been despatched you can do so  via your Members centre under account, pick connection settings and then order tracker and it should have a green tick next to hardware delivery if the router has been sent.
if it doesn't then something is up, Personally i would phone PN and check you don't want to be waiting tomorrow for a engineer visit that may not be happening
