Fibre Install due this morning. Hasn't arrived.

Is there any way to find out if the engineer will be coming today to setup my fibre broadband? Was supposed to have been here this morning.  Embarrassed
I was unavoidably away from home last week but I haven't had any phone messages or emails to suggest a problem. Am working from home today.

you need to call plusnet they can check the bt system and see what's happened.

Also check your tickets in the members area, if it has been delayed or cancelled there should be a record in there.
P.s. not the Neil Morris from Northampton by any chance ?

My bad. It looks like the booking was make for next week, not today. Bad calendar  Lips are sealed
