I feel like I'm just talking to myself.
Still no response from Plusnet support. Do I have to chase them again?? Its now been 6 weeks since this fault was logged and 2 no shows for BTOR.

I apologise for the delay in a response.
Your estimate now shows on our suppliers system as 17mbps which your line seems to be providing after testing.
However, I have passed this through to our faults team in order to investigate why you received higher speeds previously.

Looks like the estimates for my line speed have been changed to the actual speed I am receiving. Convenient. Only the 3rd time this has happened since having the FTTC product.
I don't see there is anything that will be done about this. Just the usual mumbled replies of "matches estimate", "cant do anything about BTOR".
I have closed the ticket.
