Fibre Broadband Realistic ETA for LA14 [FTTC, FTTP]

I'm sure I speak for many avid internet users when I ask the question, when can we see fibre optic broadband arrive to our cabinets or premises in LA14 postcode? It's been over 5 years since BT started the 21Cn and we haven't seen squat of it until recently when in March the network reached our exchange.
