My fibre has been down since last week. I raised a support ticket to which I have had no technical response, let alone an indication of when my service is likely to be resumed. The only comment is that support will respond within 24 hours. That was several days ago. Symptoms are: Modem DSL LED is permanently OFF. Modem Power LED is ON. I have tried resetting everything - the situation remains the same. This level of service really is not good at all. Please will someone from plusnet respond.
