Thanks Chris/ Kelly. Those drops may have been caused by me doing "soft" resets on the router. I'll leave it alone.

Not sure what happened about 7 AM but it all looks OK Chris. Could you please turn off the interleaving if you haven't already done so? Thanks, Nick

The Engineer would have turnt interleaving off during the reset, them pings look about right. Also depending on what gateway you are on also.
Some gateways give you a ping of 10-14ms, others give you 14-20ms. I find PTN-ag03 gives me the lowest ping to bbc (Around 10ms)
