Fiber outtage
Did anyone else experience a fiber outtage around 00-15 was off for around 20 minutes but since come back on i can't see any work thats being done on my local exchange but on the plus side it has reset my ip profile giving me a nice 70meg again 
but of course plusnets systems are slow to catch up with the new speed profile.

Looks from checking your radius logs that there's been a few drops, though can't see any around midnight:

On the bright side though, your line profile updated itself to the correct speed at around 7am this morning
