I joined Plusnet in May of this year since then I have had a total of 7 days when my internet has gone down for more than 3 hours at a time. This is impacting my work as I work from home due to Covid. Online chat? You get a bot.... call? Long queues. I want to know why I am getting DSL down almost every day at the moment! Due to switch provider before I lose my job .... or my sanity!
