Fax-2-Email
Hi,
Has anyone having any luck with the fax-2-email service? I've had people send faxes to m regularly and had some at the start of the month, however lately I've had a couple of people fax me and they've not arrived.
I've raised a ticket (29396027) but after a week we're no closer to a solution, plusnet staff have altered the delivery address to a plusnet one rather than the top-togs.co.uk one I was using and say they can check the webmail and have sent test emails.... but they haven't come through but I'm still getting questions asking me to check if there's any filtering or anything in the logs for top-togs.co.uk but if it's pointing to a plusnet address and not coming through then it's not going to be a problem on my mail server!
Can a member of staff have a look at the ticket for me please??????
