Fault with broadband

I am trying to report a fault but the fault checker is not working.
I did send a message through your website but the rude response I got because I said it appeared to be PlusNet / BT has made me come here to hopefully get a better response.
Over the weekend my connection speed has been dropping to virtually nothing for a couple of minutes at a time, and then it will come back up. It doesn't appear to be disconnecting as the router lights stay the same.
My neighbour across the road from me is also with PlusNet and is having the same problems at EXACTLY the same time as me. We are both wired so it is not a wireless issue.
Hopefully someone here can report the fault. Thanks.

We've got the fault ticket that you raised and we're currently testing your line, once we've got the results we'll update you.
