Fault ticket open for 5 days with no response from plusnet.

I've tried phoning only to be on hold for about an hour. My fault ticket has been open for 5 days with no update or response, this dosen't seem normal. What's going on plusnet?

Still nothing and i'ts almost a week, I'm going to give them until next week to reply, if they don't respond I'm switching ISP.

Hello, the fault has got worse and the router is timing out on LCP negotiation and not connecting to WAN this has been happening for 16 hours.
