Fault on the line?

Hi!
The blue light is on my router but I can’t connect (other than to the Plusnet Hub Manager, Which says I’m connected) I rebooted my hub and my devices several times. I also left everything switched off overnight but it’s still not working in the morning.

Yesterday I rang Plusnet to terminate my account on 23 July as I’m moving house. Is there a chance it’s been closed early?
