Fault - no broadband connection / no update to ticket

I've been without my adsl connection for a few days now. Got around to properly testing it Thursday and got as far as I could here so reported it as a fault on Thursday evening. Ticket says that line testing can take up to 24 hours but it's over 36 hours now and no response. If someone from plusnet wants to take a look the username is pochin.
