Fast Path request

Hi.
Could I have my line set to manual fast path?
I've been trying out different target snr's and triggered interleaving.
Any disconnections you can see this week were caused by me setting up a new router a couple of days ago and a couple just now as interleaving kicked in.
Relevant account is the one without the 2 on the end  Wink
Thanks
Gary

Re: Fast Path request

No problem. I've placed an order for you. That should complete in around 24 hours. It might take a little longer as we have Bank Holiday's approaching.

Re: Fast Path request

Hi.
I'm still on interleaved so far.
There was a resync last weekend however looks like it was just changing my target noise margin.

Re: Fast Path request

Hi.
Just coming back to this.
Could you have another go at submitting a manual fast path order on the account mentioned above?
Still seems stuck on interleaved.
Thanks
Gary

Re: Fast Path request

Looks like it may have completed already, bang on 12pm!
Not at home but I can see a disconnection and the latency has halved on the BQM Smiley
Thanks
