Fantastic customer service

I contacted customer service recently because I thought I had found a problem with the internet. A tracert (Trace route) went about 10 hops then stopped. PLUSnet customer service helped me prove it was not the internet but 2 of my PCs having the same problem. They went way beyond what could reasonably be assumed to be their responsibility. You don't get this kind of service very often, in fact the last time a company excceded my expectations this way was Barclaycard about 20 years ago. Thank you PLusnet. I won't forget the experience. (By the way - the problem was caused by cookies in my browser.)
