Hi Plusnet!
We've just joined and our broadband was activated last Thursday 19 September. Had really great connection for 3 days until Sunday morning 8am, where we lost broadband connection abruptly and have since been unable to get online.
I know that we may have variable speeds when we first connect because you're testing how much speed our line can take, but err... is this normal to get completely cut off?

Sorry to hear about the problem with your service especially so early on!
It appears to be a fault with the service (albeit a very badly timed one) rather than you having been cut off.
We've raised this with our suppliers for you so please bear with us and keep an eye on ticket 74820406 for updates.
