Failure of connection

After years of excellent service from Plusnet I now experience unreliability.

Recently my connection fails - sometimes for a day, often for hours intermittently.

I have a fibre to the junction then copper connection.

I no longer get the service I subscribe to and am actively seeking an alternative provider..

Are others experiencing the same problems in NE England?

Looks like you have a fault some where.

 

Have you gone through the Trouble shooting steps listed in the Help pages?

@TW I can see there is an issue in the area that should have been resolved yesterday but we can't chase it with openreach until 48 hours after so if it is still doing it tomorrow please pop me a message over and I will check for you. I am sorry about these issues.

I didn't think it was an Openreach problem.
I had put it down to Plusnet Services.
The connection has been in and out for about a week but is currently 'UP' so I'll observe for the time being.
