Failed to provide broadband for 3 weeks, TRASH service

As a new customer, I've been struggling for 3 weeks to get my broadband activated, without success.  Days and days of waiting on the phone for hours (each time, not in total!) to end in broken promises. USELESS SERVICE.
Tonight, I tried the chat again, and after more hours waiting on 20+ queue, and several dropped connections, yet no more progress.  It seems that no-one in Plusnet cares, or knows how to enable our broadband.
Tomorrow seems a good day to look elsewhere for a proper service provider; I've had enough of 'Minusnet'; they've failed completely at the first step.
Big fail, useless and ineffective. Wish I'd never dealt with Plusnet, and will certainly will warn others to avoid!
