Failed.Plus.net/apps/payment after Payments.

This is the third time this has happened. The page refuses to even load/work, not even that I’ve paid the bill and still it insists on popping up rendering my internet useless, isn’t paying supposed to keep my internet on!

Hi @Mads, Thank you for your help, I rang Customer Service about 1hour prior to your reply who said they'd fixed the issue.
