Have you checked the phone to see if it is?
How are things going with the new router?

Re: Face time problems

Sorry being hard of hearing can't check phone. Is there no other way of checking ie via router.

Re: Face time problems

Ideally we would need to check for noise on the Telephone Line as this may be causing your connection a few problems.
I appreciate that you are hard of hearing so it's not so straight forward. Is there any possibility of having a friend/neighbour take a quick look for you?

Re: Face time problems

Re the graph, we've seen such spikes reported by others around midnight so I'm wondering if that relates to a gateway issue, re the packet loss just after 9 it looks like you disconnected, reconnected briefly before disconnecting again around that time so I'm wondering if that's just how TBB graph has interpreted that event.
RE the router login, have you entered admin in lower case and is the serial number being enterered in caps?
