BT advertised up to 76 meg what do you say is a reasonable download/upload for what you pay is it better or worse than you anticipated, hence do YOU think it is substandard,standard or better than you imagined..

To help us vote on whether or not it is "substandard", it would help greatly if you tell us what the standard is that we are asked to compare the product against.
