FTTC stuck Plusnet profile

Hi Nice Guys from Plusnet, can you do me a quick favour?
My FTTC modem reset itself this morning and for a change it's increased the speed to 76Mb sync. The BT IP Profile has set itself at 73.2Mb but the Plusnet profile is set at the old 71.3Mb profile.
Is it possible to have this set at the same rate as the BT IP Profile please? My question in the Plusnet Q is 73879092
