FTTC speed problem following a fault

Hi, I reported a fault with my FTTC connection on 21st December.  The DSL light on my BT fibre router was constantly flashing and not making a connection. I believe the fault was escalated to BT for investigation.
The fault remained and I have had no response from BT, however at some point on 25th December I noticed that the DSL was on a steady green. I don't know if BT has fixed a problem or it fixed itself Smiley.
My problem now is that the IP profile has been set at a very low level.
Before the fault I was getting a very stable 35Mbps download 8Mbps upload - I am now getting about 9Mbps download 3Mbps upload.
Is it possible that a member of the PlusNet staff could look into this. Can I have my IP profile reset or presuming BT have yet to send out an engineer should I just hang on for them to look at it.

Re: FTTC speed problem following a fault

Hi there.
I'm just looking into this for you now.
Unfortunately we aren't able to remotely reset the line on a FTTC connection. This can only be done by a engineer.
I'll get your fault picked up and looked into now
