Hi, I reported a fault with my FTTC connection on 21st December. The DSL light on my BT fibre router was constantly flashing and not making a connection. I believe the fault was escalated to BT for investigation.
The fault remained and I have had no response from BT, however at some point on 25th December I noticed that the DSL was on a steady green. I don't know if BT has fixed a problem or it fixed itself :).
My problem now is that the IP profile has been set at a very low level.
Before the fault I was getting a very stable 35Mbps download 8Mbps upload - I am now getting about 9Mbps download 3Mbps upload.
Is it possible that a member of the PlusNet staff could look into this. Can I have my IP profile reset or presuming BT have yet to send out an engineer should I just hang on for them to look at it.
Thanks
Kevin Griffin

Hi there.
I'm just looking into this for you now.
Unfortunately we aren't able to remotely reset the line on a FTTC connection. This can only be done by a engineer.
I'll get your fault picked up and looked into now
Any further issues please give us a shout
