FTTC speed isues....

hi there, i realy not understand,if my profile is set to 77.4Mbps why i geting the speed arround 32Mbps ? can PL staff look at it,please?its not wifi conection,its on wired....Thanks

this is from btw speedtest.....and it was made whit speedtest@speedtest......... but whit my original username is 1.5Mbps actualy i was geting more then that on ADSL2+ and i know my line is good and stable

i'm just restart modem and router and the speed is coming back  arround 67Mbps...its seems good now...also are there is any chance if the speed can be set at maximum?On the instalation day enginer was told me that sync speed can be 79.98 Mbps ?can PN staff try to do it?

Hi, you are already at the maximum profile - 77400 is 98% of 80000 and that's how profiles are worked out (your downstream profile is 98% of your sync speed). It's not possible to get you on a faster profile I'm afraid.
Glad to hear that the speeds have picked up though, hope it keeps up that way.
