FTTC speed issues

we have had some trouble with our phone line during this our FTTC equipment  was moved but my speeds seem even worse then before  im supposedly on the 76/20 package Sad

Something odd there - downstream acceptable range is showing the wrong way round.
It should show something like this:
"For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 43.46 Mbps-54.33 Mbps ."
That's a direct copy/paste, complete with missing space (speedsis) and additional space (Mbps .), so not edited for spelling/grammar...

A Iink I've seen in another post about speed issues showed 29mb yesterday  Shocked
& 44mb today so it's gong In the right direction  Cheesy

Hi daydotz,
I've just taken a look at your line and the testing has identified a Copper Joint Fault which may be impacting your FTTC Speeds. I've escalated Ticket: 88529837 to our Broadband Faults Team for further investigation.
