we have had some trouble with our phone line during this our FTTC equipment was moved but my speeds seem even worse then before im supposedly on the 76/20 package

Something odd there - downstream acceptable range is showing the wrong way round.
It should show something like this:
"For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 43.46 Mbps-54.33 Mbps ."
That's a direct copy/paste, complete with missing space (speedsis) and additional space (Mbps .), so not edited for spelling/grammar...

A Iink I've seen in another post about speed issues showed 29mb yesterday
& 44mb today so it's gong In the right direction

I've just taken a look at your line and the testing has identified a Copper Joint Fault which may be impacting your FTTC Speeds. I've escalated Ticket: 88529837 to our Broadband Faults Team for further investigation.
