FTTC order - Confusing dates

I have made an order for FTTC, which is being installed on the morning of 10th October. However, my account states, "Your broadband order should complete on 11th Oct 2012 - After 12pm". That's the next day. I would understand if it said "by" the 11th, but it clearly says "on" the 11th and "after" midday.
Is there an error here or will I actually not have a broadband connection until after midday on the 11th?

Hi there,
Sorry for any confusion, the appointment is due for the 10th so that's when you should be able to start using your service.
That message is due to automation which seems to be somewhat irrelevant to fibre orders so I'm going to push back on that at this side.
