FTTC not available on my cab - yet I had it until last week?

Recently decided to switch from Sky to Plusnet,
Unfortunately due to a cock-up, the Sky line was ceased before the Plusnet switch request went through - meaning PN had to provision a new line.
The new line went live yesterday, however I'm not being told that FTTC isn't available from my cab...which makes no sense, as I had Fibre with Sky until only a week or two ago!
Openreach are also showing FTTC is available to me, and currently accepting orders.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

If http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome says it's available, it's available from Plusnet - just some cock up in their system blocking it.

could it be that although the cabinet is fttc capable, the cabinet is now full and no new installations can take place?
it's possible that when you terminated someone else nipped in a took the free slot?

It could be that - although the checker should also say when a cabinet is full + ETA on upgraded capacity.

But the checker says it's available! Maybe the checker is not up to date. Need to talk to PlusNet.
