FTTC in the slow lane

Having had FTTC  successfully ? Installed yesterday. My download speed is still on the 20CN ADSL profile (5.5MB)  Upload is  fine treble the speed in fact at 16.7MB.
My question 91386727 has BT test results. I allegedly closed this Angry In fact all I did was start the BB troubleshooter which persisted in asking me about disconnections which I wasn't experiencing so I backed out.
Rather than raise the question again and wait another 24 hours. I thought I would check here to see if someone can sort it

Re: FTTC in the slow lane

Hi Mike,
I've sorted it for you, the speed profile didn't update on your account which I have now increased.
If you don't notice any difference straight away, just reboot your router.

Re: FTTC in the slow lane

Here are the latest BT results:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 30.09 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 47.25 Mbps-59.06 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 59.06 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 16.01Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
A vast improvement - BT are showing an error but I guess their IP profile is a bit generous as it is only a 40MB connection.
I guess the way ahead is to wait for DLM to do its stuff.
Thanks again Dan  Wink
