Recently I had a speed (& phone) fault and the BTOR engineer visited last week and found and fixed a wiring fault at the cabinet. He said that there were no futher faults detected. Since then, however, my download speed has not fully recovered to its original speed. Before the fault I was getting consistent download speeds of >40Mbps. However now I get between 15-30Mbps variable. From the PN control panel I see the sync speed seems to vary between 32 and 43Mbps but the IP profile was 42Mbps until today, when it is 32Mbps. Is this normal? I am not convinced there is not still a fault somewhere. This relates to ticket #91284245.
