FTTC delayed in Broughton, Lancashire (LCBRN) ?

Anyone come across any info about FTTC on the Broughton Lancashire exchange?
Its been due Sept 2011 for most of this year. The BT engineers were busy Aug into Sept all up and down the A6 upgrading and replacing cabs. I spoke to the guys doing my cab at the end of Lightfoot Lane in Aug and it was on schedule for Sept.
Mid Sept, the availability database updated to show LCBRN had FTTC. The last document I found from OpenReach dated Oct 31 still showed a due date of 30 Sep!
I've checked loads of numbers in different parts of the area and I can't find one that has fibre availability, even from BT as well as PN.
So what's happening? Who can I chase up with?
Thanks, Mike

Hi mgelder,
I've just checked on the BT Availability checker and it says, "Your cabinet is planned to have WBC FTTC by 31st December 2011."
