Was watching the Apprentice on iPlayer when I saw the buffering wheel!
This an 80/20 trial line btw..

Gateway hopped twice and we're back up to something high enough for iPlayer:

What's going on PN? Not enough capacity?

Possibly fall-out from the BT network failure at 4:15pm this afternoon which left the Plusnet network out of balance.
