FTTC Slow Speed

Hi Guys,
Been on fibre for just under a week now, on fibre unlimited. My estimate for my connection was 61.2mb, my BT IP profile appears to be 77.44 according both plusnet and the BTW speed tester however I cannot seem to set anymore than about 39mb.
It is possible something was missed when my account was upgraded to FTTC? I know my upgrade was done manually as the system didn't swap me over for some reason.

I've checked over your connection and your current sync speed and profile is in the high 70Mb/s. I'd suggest running through our faults troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net and we'll take a closer look if you're still having issues.
