FTTC Orders

Hi, according to Openreach my exchange is now accepting order for high speed broadband however when I try to upgrade in Plusnet it's still only offering the legacy services.  Are you able to progress an upgrade order for me?
Thanks,

Simon

Re: FTTC Orders

Have you just checked the exchange or have you checked your telephone number? It is usual for only some cabinets to have FTTC available at first with some coming later and others never getting it.
What does https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html say?

Re: FTTC Orders

Hi Simon,
Even once the exchange is enabled it can take time for individual cabinets to go live. I'd suggest bookmarking jelv's link and keep checking from time to time.
