FTTC Order

Well things are moving swiftly only with plusnet just over a week and now Fibre became available on my cab yesterday. I've ordered it by the product change page.
Only thing is when I looked at my closed questions I can't see anywhere that's it succeeded apart from this modify order unless that's it?

Re: FTTC Order

Hi NewGuy20,
I've checked over your order and there has been an issue with it, we're still in a position to get both services activated but it will not be simultaneous unfortunately. As it stands your phone line will complete first and then the fibre order will be placed, however, if you would prefer your fibre order to complete first I can place this orer and then arrange to bring your phoneline across once this has complete.
Apologies for the confusion with this.
Let me know how you'd like to progress with this.

Re: FTTC Order

I tired to call you to discuss this with you.
Your fibre order is now booked in for the same date as it was (29th April 1pm-6pm)
I hope this is OK for you? We'll place the phone transfer as soon as your fibre install has completed.

Re: FTTC Order

Ah saw I had a missed call i was outside didn't take the phone Sad
Thanks for your can do approach with this one. That date dont really fussed date wise apart from the sooner the better  lol
I take it even though the order has been done manually everything else will proceed as normal e.g router delivery etc.
Thanks again
