FTTC Line speed on PN my account

Hi
Got FTTC installed today. Well impressed. Got 34mb download speeds straight away. Dropped a little this evening to between 25 and 31. However my current line speed is showing as 3.5mb on my account page !? Was 37mb this morning ?

That setting may have been sent by BT - what does a BT speedtest show for IP profile. A Plusnet rep may also read this and change your PN profile.

Hi Olifran,
When Plusnet do change your profile in "My Account", if your download speeds suffer as a consequence, please add a comment to the ogoing thread at http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,100017.0.html

There appears to be a minor issue with increasing Plusnet's profile reported speed & a negative effect upon subsequent download speeds.
Paul.
