Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could check for me. I have recently signed up for you FTTC and the BT engineer is due to install this on Friday afternoon (19/4/13). Could you confirm this appointment as I'm having to take the afternoon off work?
Will my plusnet fibre broadband be active straight after the BT engineer has been, or will I have to wait to be told before I can install my plusnet router?
Many Thanks.
I look toward to hearing from you.

Hi there,
Welcome to Plusnet and our community forums.
Your fibre install is confirmed for this Friday 19th between 1pm & 6pm.
Your services will be ready to use when the engineer has left, there's nothing that we'll need to confirm with you.
Let me know how you get on.
Chris
